GSJC provides religious education for students from Kindergarten through b’nai mitzvah. We strive to give our students an appreciation of their Jewish heritage, familiarity and comfortability with the prayer service and instill Jewish values for lifelong commitment to the practice of Judaism.
We meet on Saturday mornings and Wednesday evenings providing creative interactive lessons combining multiple grades. All grades meet Saturday mornings to study holidays, Jewish culture and social action, integrating Hebrew into these lessons. Grades 4 and up also meet on Wednesdays to study Hebrew and the Parasha.
